Hotels near Juanda International Airport (SUB), Surabaya

Everything was top notch, and exactly as advertised. The room, the capsule bathroom, the hallways, everything was very clean. I only bathed twice, but, there was a constant flow of hot water during both. Sheets and pillows were very clean. The best thing is the peace of mind that comes with staying in a hotel like this. I came to know of a free shuttle service which takes traveler from the domestic terminal (where the hotel is located) to the international terminal. That was an added bonus.

We loved this hotel. The staff were so so Nice.. we got up very early for our flight and they had made club sandwiches for our breakfast in a box with a bottle of water!! The shuttle service is free with a smile .. Its Just a cheap gréât gem

Thanks to the guy at the counter. He was so helpful. The previous day the lady at the counter said i have to go the laundry myself. But later this guy said i can just leave to the counter and the hotel will send it to the laundry. From my perspective it was the best that the hotel can offer. A good customer service.

Everything is great.. i would love to stay here again if i come to surabaya.. there is a foodcourt and laundry self service at the apartment lobby.. the location is nearby juanda airport terminal 2.. nice room with unique design.. they have swimming pools, a small playground for kids and next to convenience store.. really loved it..

Nice hotel close to the airport, with modern rooms. There are several restaurants nearby, but you need to cross a busy street to get to them. The breakfast buffet is very good.

The staff was nice to me. I wanted to eat a specific fruit from Indonesia before leaving, and they arranged for me.
