Very friendly staff and security

Thanks to the guy at the counter. He was so helpful. The previous day the lady at the counter said i have to go the laundry myself. But later this guy said i can just leave to the counter and the hotel will send it to the laundry. From my perspective it was the best that the hotel can offer. A good customer service.

Everything is great.. i would love to stay here again if i come to surabaya.. there is a foodcourt and laundry self service at the apartment lobby.. the location is nearby juanda airport terminal 2.. nice room with unique design.. they have swimming pools, a small playground for kids and next to convenience store.. really loved it..

Window can be opened, like fresh air

Location wise is perfect, especially for those travelling to airport terminal-2 (international departure)

The staff , food and location good value for money

Wide range of attractions, tasty food, great staff, comfortable and clean room.

clean. ac good, water pressure on shower very good. friendly staff

Nice hotel close to the airport, with modern rooms. There are several restaurants nearby, but you need to cross a busy street to get to them. The breakfast buffet is very good.

Location is definitely the biggest plus. The hotel sits on the busiest main street near the airport, located right above a supermarket, with tons of dining options just outside the door. Facilities are fairly basic and rooms are on the small side, but for only 20 USD per night, the value for money is unbeatable. The staff are attentive and helpful. It is an ideal pick for a one‑night transit stay when you arrive or before you fly out.
