Strategic place before the departure, economic and clean

I like this hotel great location 👌

Our flight was delayed coming into Surabaya but the staff still organised free airport pick up for us at midnight. Breakfast was excellent!

Very nice hotel close to the airport. Big and comfortable bed. We had a nice sleep. The food excelent. Good choice for everyone at breakfast. Staff very nice. Shuttle on time. Absolutely nothing to dislike here. Would gladly come again.

Thanks to the guy at the counter. He was so helpful. The previous day the lady at the counter said i have to go the laundry myself. But later this guy said i can just leave to the counter and the hotel will send it to the laundry. From my perspective it was the best that the hotel can offer. A good customer service.

Everything is great.. i would love to stay here again if i come to surabaya.. there is a foodcourt and laundry self service at the apartment lobby.. the location is nearby juanda airport terminal 2.. nice room with unique design.. they have swimming pools, a small playground for kids and next to convenience store.. really loved it..

Window can be opened, like fresh air

Location wise is perfect, especially for those travelling to airport terminal-2 (international departure)

Nice hotel close to the airport, with modern rooms. There are several restaurants nearby, but you need to cross a busy street to get to them. The breakfast buffet is very good.

The staff was nice to me. I wanted to eat a specific fruit from Indonesia before leaving, and they arranged for me.

Had an excellent stay at sunflower hotel, the room was super comfortable and clean, and great location close to the airport. There are plenty of restaurants nearby as well, and while it is a busy street, the hotel is totally peaceful as it is just behind a small shop (also really convenient!). The staff were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
