Everything in this hotel is well thought out. The attention from the beginning cannot be compared to any other hotels we’ve stayed during our month long trip in Indonesia. The staff is very kind and accommodating. We tried the batik workshop and felt deeply grateful for the kindness the experts extended to us sharing their traditions. The massages were also worth booking. We had a very pleasant stay. The food was also delicious! We were worried it wasn’t going to be given the city and that it’s still not touristy yet we were greatly surprised! Thank you so much !!

Beautiful guest house in the middle of the jungle with beautiful bungalows and surrounding lands. We loved the hospitality of our hosts Ericka and Marc and all their staff. The food cooked by Rico was amazing. We ate there every night. In the surrounding area, we also enjoyed the walk through the villages and rice fields. Thank you very much for the warm welcome and amazing stay.

Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Tunjungan Plaza offers accommodation in the business district in Surabaya. The hotel has a conveniently direct access to the Tunjungan Plaza Shopping Mall. Location in the middle of Surabaya city. Really nice place to travel around. Staff are very kind and helpful.

Welcoming guests with an outdoor swimming pool, Ascott Waterplace Surabaya is located right in front of Pakuwon Mall which houses convention halls, department stores and various dining outlets. It's near a mall, it's very clean and the staffs are very nice. They communicate everything even though sometimes i think it's not even needed. Was a really great stay overall.
