The hotel is very well located in the center of Jerusalem. Excellent value for money. The room was as expected, well equipped and beautiful. All the staff were very helpful and to top it all off there was a lovely rooftop pool!

The room was gorgeous. Beautiful bed. Super comfortable desk and working area. Great chocolates waited for me there... The staff is most welcoming, happy to assist. Must note and congratulate Karim and Efrat Amar from the reception, who were wonderful on every way. Breakfast selection is amazing. Quality of the food - simply the best. I love the large and comfortable lobby, the refurbished rooms, the staff are very friendly and kind. the breakfast buffet is extensive and varied and in a wonderful atmosphere. It’s very close to the train/bus station which is very convenient and only a few minutes from the market.

In the heart of Jerusalem, the YMCA Three Arches Hotel probably has the best location in town. Opposite the famous King David Hotel, it is a 10-minute walk from the Old City.

The staff and Manger of hotel we so good to us this is my favorite place to stay in Israel I will go back there again. I am so greatful for all who took care of us!
