One of the best stays we ever had in a hotel. The staff is absolutely lovely and very helpful, the rooms are comfortable and have beautiful views of the sea. If we are ever back in Aqaba we will be staying in Kempinski again :)

We frequently visit the Fattal chain of hotels, and we'd like to point out that in terms of service, and most importantly, response to any request, they are the most attentive and, most importantly, prompt. It's safe to say that requests are anticipated as soon as they're conceived. There's a human factor at work here, especially in the person of the wonderful Moran.

There was very friendly and warm atmosphere in hotel. Tony at the reception was very helpful and professional during check in and check out. Same impression of Elena and Dolma from the lounge. Facilities are great, but the staff have made our staying really great.
