The room was well furnished, hygienic , spacious and modern. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. Staff were polite and courteous.

Everything, the hotel and ALL the staff are polite, attentive, the service was simply superb. The Management team should be congratulated for running an absolutely amazing hotel. It was simply the best hotel we stayed in, in India, the breakfast was amazing, the attention to detail in the rooms was amazing and the pool staff couldn’t do enough for you. We ate in the Italian restaurant twice and the food was just superb. We arrived very tired at 5-45am on our first day, the staff told us to sit down and they would come over to us and arrange check-in. They provided us with changing facilities and then we had breakfast before going out for our morning tour of old Delhi. Nothing was to much trouble for any member of staff. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for making our last few days in India so memorable.

She was attentive, warm, and incredibly professional, always making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Her presence truly elevated our experience and made our time at the hotel memorable. We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to the chef and the breakfast buffet team. The food was excellent, beautifully prepared, and full of variety. The chef went out of his way to accommodate our dietary restrictions and personal preferences, which we deeply appreciated and did not go unnoticed. An unforgettable stay filled with care, comfort, and gracious service. We would gladly return and highly recommend The Leela Palace to anyone visiting New Delhi.

Right from the moment we stepped in, the staff were super friendly, polite and hospitable. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were super comfortable. Breakfast had an incredible spread and the restaurants in the hotel were worth every penny. Due to our late flight in the night, the staff also offered a complimentary late checkout which helped us massively. Fantastic stay.
