Clean and spacious rooms, smooth check-in and check-out procedures, very nice and welcoming staff, superb breakfast buffet and great restaurant for lunch and dinner. I had a last-minute issue with the reservation dates (a one-week delay of the flight due to a cyclone in the area) and they were very nice to adjust to the new dates without any extra charge.

Absolutely amazing experience staying at the Mayfair. We stayed for 4 nights to attend the wedding of friends and I didn't leave the hotel at all during those days, that's how much I enjoyed the general atmosphere, room, pool, several restaurants, spa area. Quiet at night and fantastic breakfast buffet. Staff were extremely friendly and professional. It's expensive for Indian standards but totally worth the money.
