Everything. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great. The Ciampinoi cable car is only a few minutes away, about 200 meters. Great location and ski room for winter sports enthusiasts. Highly recommend!

We have now returned to this hotel for the second time (both visits were in June), and we will definitely be coming back again. This is one of the finest hotels we have ever stayed at – the design, spa area, cleanliness, comfort, and service are all exceptional and maintained to the highest standards. The designer rooms are excellent: comfortable, spotless, and well equipped with everything you need. The spa area offers an intimate atmosphere and is never overcrowded. On several occasions, my husband and I had the swimming pool entirely to ourselves. We also treated ourselves to massages during our stay, and the quality was excellent. The staff are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, making the overall experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast selection is outstanding – everything is fresh, delicious, and includes many local products. We would also recommend choosing the dinner option. In the nearby towns and villages, the dining scene tends to focus on simple dishes such as goulash and pasta, which was not what we were looking for. Instead, we opted for the hotel’s dinner menu, and it did not disappoint. The menu consists of 3 to 5 courses. Overall, this is a wonderful place for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, especially after a day of hiking in the mountains. It is worth noting that the hotel is better suited to guests traveling by car, as it is not located in the center of a town or village. In fact, this is one of its advantages, as it ensures a quieter atmosphere with very little foot traffic around the property.

Beautiful property! Very quiet, peaceful and spacious. The facilities were incredible. We loved the pool, sauna and gym! We genuinely loved everything. The staff were very attentive and helpful with any requests we had. The breakfast is 10/10!!

What a great place.. all pieces are falling together when you arrive. From the moment you check in till the day you leave , you have the feeling they are taking care of you.. the staff is really engaged, the breakfast is so good, te rooms are cost and well equipped. We were there for skiing, next to our own box for the equipment it was the shuttle service that made the different.. whenever you wanted to leave or come back it was never a problem. Also the wellness was an extra perk, after a day skiing it was great to relax in the sauna. Parking your car and in our case charging the EV all was possible. From booking to being there was really a pleasure.. we will surely be back.

We had a wonderful stay! The breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a wide variety of food options to choose from. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was large, modern, and very clean – we especially liked the wooden finishes, which added a cozy touch. Parking was easy, with enough space for cars and motorcycles, and the two EV charging points were a big plus (80 cents per kWh). We also really appreciated being able to check in around 10 AM after a long night drive. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

Lovely hotel. Super clean and cosy. The sauna and steam room was amazing and clean. Sauna was very hot and nice. Staff were so friendly. At breakfast you can get cooked eggs and other bits.

Location is superior. Hotel itself with high level service. We are really enjoyed 4 types of saunas with a good view. Restaurant is with perfect view and delicious meals)
