A very helpful and thoughtful landlord. He was always available but in a very discreet way. The pool area was terrific with a fantastic view over the valley. The pool was clean and well kept. Everything was available in a short driving distance: fruit vendor just across the street, great bakery “Dondi” in the village nearby. We’ve got also some very good tips from Andrea. I would particularly recommend visiting restaurant Ristorante da Brega in the village where we were served the best meat dishes we have ever tasted. We would love to come back some day!

Excellent quiet location in the hills, 15 minutes from Unipol Arena and 30 minutes from Bologna centre by car, private parking on the property itself, behind a secure gate. Super cozy kitchen and living room where we took the liberty to play some 70's vinyls during our extremely opulent breakfast (albeit all sweet, as is the custom in Italy). Max the host makes you feel right at home, and takes good care of the communication before and during your stay so you never feel lost. All in all excellent value, and I bet it's even more so in the summer with the outdoor pool in the garden :)

The property is charming, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful countryside, making it a perfect place to relax after a day in Imola or exploring the nearby area. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and decorated with a warm, rustic touch that made it feel instantly welcoming. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated the small details, especially the nice pastries we got, which were a lovely touch. The location is excellent if you’re visiting Imola or looking to enjoy the quieter side of the region. Easy to reach by car and very convenient for day trips. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Podere Selvatici and would happily return. Highly recommended!

The building is new and well maintained. The pool is really nice and we have also great experience with the staff - young, but very nice. The rooms are spacious, exclusive bathrooms and stunning views. But what we admired the most was the breakfast. Not that wide selection, but everything was completely fresh, homemade and local and tasted amazing!

The hosts, the house and the location suited perfectly and it was such a pleasure experiencing the real feel of an Italian home, stepping back a little in time, whilst not compromising the comfort in any way. Massimo and Ryan's in-depth knowledge of everything from local food sourcing to history to restaurants deserves a special mention. Thankyou.
