Incredibly friendly staff and family-run business. We received a very warm welcome - being picked up by the hotel. The check-in was very thorough and we were told how to navigate the island - even being given bus tickets for free. It’s located on the hillside which makes for amazing views when taking a dip in the pool. The hotel also had a sauna and jacuzzi, and offered a lot of cozy places for sitting down, having a drink/coffee and was very accessible from two roads. I could not recommend this place enough! Hidden gem!

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The villa itself is stunning, blending modern amenities with charming Italian architecture. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and well-appointed, providing a perfect home base for our family. The breathtaking views from the balcony were a highlight, offering a serene backdrop for our stay. The property is beautifully maintained, with a lovely pool area where our children loved to play. The service at Villa Caruso was impeccable. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. They provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining, ensuring we experienced the best of Ischia. The attention to detail and personalized service truly made our stay special. For families traveling with young children, Villa Caruso is an ideal choice. They catered to our needs effortlessly, from providing a crib to offering kid-friendly meal options. Everything was wonderful. Hotel Casa Giusepina is a real gem. Hosted by a lovely family that made us feel welcome and taken care of. The rooms are comfortable and impeccably clean Sheets and towels were changed regularly and the room was made every day. Breakfast is very good and offers a variety of fruits, jams, pastries, cheese and cold meats. Dinner was a nice experience, a 4 course meal every night and it was very tasty, fine italian cuisine. There is an intimate open air pool with thermal water, jacuzzi and sauna. The facility is equipped with showers and a toilet, comfortable sunbeds and a self-service bar. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

You have a relaxed atmosphere outside of crowds, but the Poseidon beach is easily accessible within 10-15 minutes on foot if you are fit to climb some stairs.
