Free parking, very attentive staff, drinking water dispensers, a sparkling clean private pool, and a private little chapel in the perfectly maintained grounds. A gorgeous garden, grotto, etc. etc.

It was a little hard to find and it is a hike from the train station but that's what makes it so enchanting.

Very quit and peacefull location and good start point for visiting the area. Very friendly and helpfull owners, very good reception. Big, clean and well equipped house.

'The property is only 7 minutes far, by foot, from Levanto Train Station and 15 minutes from the town center. The team were really great, the breakfast was lovely and so was the pool area and view!
