The Tobacco Suite was a beautiful boutique accommodation in the equally wonderful village of Mesagne. The room was a great size and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The pool was so lovely to relax in after a day of exploring. The breakfast was incredible! Everything was so fresh and plentiful. The wonderful staff were very helpful with anything we needed, from dinner suggestions to checking that we had parked somewhere that we would not get a fine. Our stay at Villa Tuzzo was nothing short of magical. Nestled in beauty and rich with history, every moment of our three-day stay felt like a dream. The property, lovingly renovated by Patricia—whose warmth and hospitality made the experience even more special—was originally purchased by her grandfather in 1945. His dream to create a place of timeless beauty has truly come to life, with no detail overlooked. The rooms were pristine and stylishly updated, blending modern comfort with charming heritage. Patricia has carefully preserved her grandfather’s antiques, which are thoughtfully placed throughout the villa, giving the space an authentic and elegant feel. Each morning, breakfast was served on the veranda overlooking the lush gardens and serene pool. Fresh vegetables grown right on the property added a beautiful touch. But what made the mornings truly special were the conversations with Patricia—hearing her stories and learning about her family’s history brought the whole place to life. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the spacious terrace and sparkling pool added to the sense of luxury and relaxation. Staying at Villa Tuzzo fulfilled every part of my dream of living in an Italian villa. We’ll carry these memories with us forever.

This Accomodation was absolutely 5 star . It was extremely clean , comfortable and very modern. The host Francesco was very friendly and helpful and gave us great advice on all the attractions nearby . There is free parking in the large parking area onsite . The large pool was beautiful and looked very inviting.. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great selection of food . We will definitely stay here again . Highly recommended .

We enjoyed the peacefulness and privacy yet close enough to the town to easily explore and enjoy the excitement of that area as well. The property was so relaxing we hated to leave. And the pool area was equally wonderful. Our hostess Francesca was helpful with what to see in the area and enjoyable to talk with. Overall, a great place. The breakfast was also wonderful - we filled out our breakfast request the afternoon before. The rooms were modern as were the bathrooms - really nicely done. We would definitely return.

The atmosphere throughout was peaceful and inviting, and the staff truly made the experience stand out. A special thank you to Donato from the breakfast team, and to Liliana and the other kind ladies at reception whose names we unfortunately didn’t catch – every single one of them was courteous, genuinely caring, and clearly committed both to the guests and to the quality of the place. Breakfast was very good, with a generous selection of fresh products and just the right amount of variety each day. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and the service overall was top-notch. We also enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the on-site restaurant – highly recommended. The setting itself is idyllic and makes it hard to leave. Would definitely return.

Absolutely gorgeous boutique hotel, right opposite the beach. A lovely terrace with very comfortable furniture, looking out at the sea, & the courtyard garden, where we had breakfast. (Fabulous mature fig tree in the centre) Upmarket, very on trend bathroom, lighting, & beautiful high quality bedlinen and towels. Everything is pristine here. The rooftop pool is not for swimming - it's really more of a plunge pool. Great view of the beaches, stretching up to the old town, about 4km away.

The owners were so attentive and kind, and the breakfast was amazing. The complex was very beautiful. We even extended our stay another night so we could stay longer!
