The hotel that provides everything you need for a remarkable ski vacation. It is located on the quiet street (that is important since the center of the village is very noisy) but still very close to the Clotes lift -- you need to walk only 200 meters to get to the slope and ski down to the lift. Return is same easy. If the weather permits, you may relax in the outside area on the afternoon sun with a glass of wine from the bar. It is a real pleasure. There is a sauna and pool for cold days, but we did not use it. Our family room was probably the best one in the hotel with a separate entrance from the street and a huge room for skis and stuff inside. Rooms in the main building are probably smaller. The staff is fantastic. Fabiana was extremely helpful, she helped us reserving restaurants for dinners, and her recommendations were always very good. Check Old Inn and Ribate if you have chance. The center of the village is just 350m down the street, so everything is close. There is a restaurant in the hotel itself, that serves good breakfast (usually included) and dinner if one booked HB option. Overall, we were really happy with the stay and would recommend the Hotel Splendid without a hesitation.

The staff were always helpful and friendly. The room was a good size. The cleaning staff were fantastic and the location couldn't be better.
