This place really exceeded my expectations. It's in a perfect location in a very nice neighborhood in Amman. Surrounded with services, local coffeshops and restaurants makes it also a good destination to try a variety of the Jordanian Food. In 20 min walk down the hill you can go straight in the middle of downtown Amman. The staff were very nice and kind even before I arrived, they did text and made sure to meet all the requests made during reservation. Also during my stay they were excellent local guides for information to go around Amman. In the end of my stay they offered to bring me to the airport at the same rate of the local Taxi which was very convenient for me. Everyone I met were very nice, special thanks to Mr. Nabil, Mr. Mahmoud from management that were of a great help to me during my stay and also the kind man Mr. Maher from housekeeping who did a great job to ensure a calm and nice stay. The room is spacious given the price, making it a a good value for money. The hotel is around 10 minutes walking from the busy area of Alweibdeh, so it's quiet very calm to stay there. Heating was very good during my stay in winter. Overall it was a very good experience and would recommend it.

Very luxurious hotel, really high class staff and furniture in the rooms and the hall aswell. The staff was also helpful and kind. Great variety at the buffet and the prettiest view of the city from the room.

We have had a small issue with the room, but the team solved it super fast. I think that experience has been incredible. The location of the hotel is brilliant. We will come back again!

Although I booked a room just for myself I sure felt like I wasn’t alone at all - the staff is very embracing and sweet. They’re always walking around with a smile on their faces, very kind indeed. The Room was top notch - the design, the lighting, the facilities. It was very clean as well. The pool was really nice, especially the “Ladies-only” Saturdays - such great vibes! The Room service was perfect, the food was delicious! Well done, Chef! And last but not least - the registration staff - So kind, generous and sweet. Very professional and yet so friendly and kind. I would definitely come back in my next stay in Amman. Thank you!
