The bed was comfortable, thou the pillows were a little too soft for my liking (I prefer them slightly firmer). All the staff (from the front desk to the bellboys to the restaurant and cleaning crew) were wonderful, friendly and very helpful. The hotel location is also close to everything that we wanted to see. The breakfast bar had wide verities of options and was delicious. Also, the food at Um Khalil was really good, but my favorite was 1920. We went there on Tuesday night and the music and crowed were tons of fun.

The bed was unbelievably comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep. The room was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and it’s clear that a lot of thought went into providing even the smallest of comforts. Nothing was overlooked. The staff were beyond friendly and attentive. There were always plenty of staff members available, and for every question or request, there was someone ready to assist. The service was truly exceptional, and considering all of this, the price was an absolute bargain! We enjoyed free access to the Jacuzzi and pool, both of which were well-maintained and provided a great experience. The facilities, including changing rooms and showers, were clean and fully stocked with towels. The sauna and Turkish hammam were available at a reasonable price. The food was excellent, and the on-site café was a delightful surprise. It was a serene and quiet spot, beautifully furnished, and offering great prices. All in all, we had an amazing stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We were beyond satisfied and can’t wait to come back!
