One can truly feel the warm hospitality of the Jordanian people. The hotel staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive—from the doorman and receptionists to the breakfast restaurant waiters. Everyone was helpful and polite. We also had dinner at the Lebanese restaurant, where the food was delicious. Special compliments to the chef for offering us a wonderful house specialty.

The staff at the hotel were great. Emad and Ahmad at the reception desk always helped out whenever I needed something. I thank Hanouti for helping me with my bag and keeping me company while I waited for my car. Also a big thank you to Rakan for the cleaning and for being very nice to me in the hallways. I hope yo see you all again soon at my next visit to Amman.

Design is great and rooms are clean, breakfast is decent and services are amazing with good prices. You can find laundry, hair salons for men and women, coffee shop, and a restaurant that has some decent options and good quality food. And rooms service are very friendly and nice. Also they have amazing halls for occasions and celebrations.
