I liked everything — it was clean and comfortable. The room was amazing; it was large, spacious, and had a small balcony with a beautiful view of the city. Everything was perfect, and the staff were very kind and welcoming.

One can truly feel the warm hospitality of the Jordanian people. The hotel staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive—from the doorman and receptionists to the breakfast restaurant waiters. Everyone was helpful and polite. We also had dinner at the Lebanese restaurant, where the food was delicious. Special compliments to the chef for offering us a wonderful house specialty.

The staff at the hotel were great. Emad and Ahmad at the reception desk always helped out whenever I needed something. I thank Hanouti for helping me with my bag and keeping me company while I waited for my car. Also a big thank you to Rakan for the cleaning and for being very nice to me in the hallways.
