I really enjoyed my stay at Luxotel Beach Resort in Aqaba. The friendly reception made me feel very welcome from the start, and the hospitality throughout my stay was excellent. I also appreciated how safe and comfortable the environment felt. The view was amazing overall and perfect to swim at the gulf of aqaba since it had a private beach. We also want to give a special thanks to the hotel taxi driver, Hosein. He picked us up from the hotel and was such a social, cheerful, and happy person, always smiling. He shared stories about the history of Jordan, helped us with our luggage, and genuinely made us feel safe and well taken care of. His warmth and friendliness truly enhanced our stay.

This is my third visit to Al Manara Luxury, and I can confidently say that it remains the best hotel in the Middle East in every sense of the word. Every single team member is always attentive, professional, and welcoming, with genuine smiles that make you feel at home. A special thanks to Ms. Sadeel from the reception team, who was absolutely outstanding, as always. She took exceptional care of us, ensured our comfort throughout the stay, and her warm smile never left her face. She has an incredible ability to make guests feel relaxed, valued, and truly welcomed. I would also like to express my deep appreciation to Mr. Anas Bseiso, Restaurant Manager, who delivered a truly remarkable dining experience. His service was unique and highly professional, and both he and his team demonstrated excellence, attention to detail, and true hospitality. Additionally, my sincere thanks to Mr. Bassem Mhadeitat, the other Restaurant Manager, who welcomed us with wonderful hospitality and a constant, genuine smile that reflected the high standards of the hotel. Unforgettable Stay at Hotel Diamond! Our stay at Hotel Diamond was absolutely exceptional. The staff was incredibly kind and professional, always ready to help. The room was very comfortable, and its high-quality amenities made our experience even better. A special thanks to the manager and the entire team for their hospitality and attention to every detail. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, making our stay even more enjoyable. We loved it so much that we decided to extend our stay for an extra day. To our surprise, we received a complimentary upgrade to a suite and an amazing dinner, which was a truly thoughtful gesture from the hotel. It’s a new property so everything was clean and comfy. The staff are all so kind and helpful. With special appreciation for Nour & Mariam who made our stay pleasant. Once the rooftop area and pool are functional the hotel will be even better! 100% recommend!

The hotel is stunning, modern and very beautifully designed. The room was spacious, luxurious and stylish ,the beds were comfortable. The resort's facilities-including the pool area-are excellent. the breakfast buffet was of excellent quality and variety, every thing was delicious. we ordered a dinner from the hotel’s restaurant which was also very dilcious. The hotel’s location is perfect. The staff is FANTASTIC, from the moment we arrived the staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional. Every member of the team was friendly, helpful and polite, they gave us the feeling that our comfort is their priority and they ensured it. I would like to thank each and everyone of them especially z’ekraiat and asem.

Everything was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very nice and the very polite Woman in the Service gave us breakfast although they already closed. Thank you for the hospitality.
