When checking out, one of staff members asked me if I needed my baggages to be stored for a while after checking out. It was very good that he asked me that before I asked him to do so. The room was quite clean and wonderful. The service was also great. I will stay at this hotel again next time!

Spacious room, exceptionally clean, amazing view of the bay and very special sunrises. Buffet breakfast and dinner were high quality with great variety. The chocolate fountain was a hit! Staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Lovely onsen with views over the bay.
