Very Quiet, if your neighbors are quiet, not so if they are from a country where yelling in the hallways is normal. Great beds in a big twin room, smoke free building. Really great breakfast selections, nice warm heating. We stayed here for three nights, it was a real treat for the bargain price in the annex, you just have to walk a bit down the hallway to your room. Go try the great FunTable store for high quality conbini food, one block from the hotel, just after the Udon restaurant, before Uniqlo. Taxi to the hotel from the JR station is only 660 yen.

The hotspring facilities are all amazing. Especially, the private hotspring was quite comfortable and it was nice that they have several different options for it. Also, they have wide range of yukata which we can choose without paying any extra fee.
