This is the heart of the city. It stands out and is the first thing you see of Imabari coming from the Shiminami Kaido. The hotel is built some time ago, but the hotel and rooms are still in pristine conditions. First time in Japan I've actually had a room to pace around in and a bathtub where I could lay down vertically in. If you get a room on the higher leveled floors, then you will get s splendid view of the city and maybe of the Shiminami Kaido as well.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was slightly challenging to find as there was no English written on the sign to turn from the main road or on the building sign (kanji only), but GPS worked to get close to the area. We were able to park near the building without additional fee. The onsen was small but nice. Although it was on the first floor, the building is on a hill, so you could still see out over part of the city. We were able to easily walk to Dogo Park and Isheti-ji (shrine) from the hotel. There is also a free shuttle bus service, but we did not use it. We took advantage of the karaoke rooms, which was fun (free from 0900 to 1900, then have to pay in the evenings). We also used the ping-pong tables. The breakfast and dinner were both tasty with many options.

The hotspring facilities are all amazing. Especially, the private hotspring was quite comfortable and it was nice that they have several different options for it. Also, they have wide range of yukata which we can choose without paying any extra fee.
