Beautiful clean rooms with wonderful sea view. The hotel is immaculate & nicely designed. Staff were kind and helpful. Location is only approx 10 minute taxi ride to central. There's a shopping mall with many restaurants just 3 mins walk from the hotel. Breakfast was okay, and food options were quite limited compared to many 5 star hotels we have stayed in. Regardless, we would recommend this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience during our stay.

We had a big room facing the bay. The location was 4 min from train station and can access directly to disney sea which is next to the station. Highly recommended and will definately stay here again when in Tokyo.

You felt the luxury from the moment you arrive, the breakfast at the Orchid was absolutely delicious also, the staff really kind and patient. The way the room was organized at morning and then prior the bed time they take the time to leave the pijamas ready and some chocolates. It was absolutely amazing

Exceptional service, arrived soaked from the rain, towels immediately brought to us at reception, bell boy then took us to the room to show us all the room functions.
