It might not be as central as other accommodation, but totally worth the few extra minutes in a tuk tuk. A really good restaurant next door was an added bonus.

Beautiful historic villa with lots of original switches, lights, fans, etc. Not modern but lovely and comfortable. I think there are only 7 rooms. We had one on the second floor that was enormous! Had an entryway with a dresser and mirror and bathroom off that, then into the bedroom, which was huge, with canopy bed, couch, desk, etc. Shared terrace in back and larger one in front. Really lovely. The staff are a delight and do everything they can to make you happy. Lovely pool! And, two darling cats. Thoroughly enjoyed the 4 nights and could've happily stayed longer. Highly recommend.
