Very comfortable beds and the whole compound is lovely for a couple of nights stay in the capital. Location is good but withdrawn and quiet. Very helpful staff.

Mel and Tim and Fon looked after any thing that was asked for , food was spot on . There is a motorcycle workshop and Tim does tours on the bikes . We was made to feel part of the family . Absolute magic stay . Nice swimming pool and not far from the beaches I loved the dogs as well

I've been to a lot of places in my time. This places from the front of the house to the back of the house staff. To Notch. Everything perfect. Great WiFi smart TV so I could watch Netflix. Pool is huge and super clean like the rooms. Loved the elevator. 1.50 USD to crab market and Kep beach. Walking distant to ABA banking machine. Sound proof rooms.. Air Con was perfect I have rebooked again. Heads up,I live in Kep and have stayed at a few places. Being all over Cambodia. This is the nicest place that I've ever stayed at for what you get and what you pay. Don't waste your time going to other places, this is the place.
