Lots of butterflies in the garden and the pool was the best one we had during our travels. The staff is super nice!

The room was lovely and smelled amazing. It’s like a 5 star hotel but with the bonus of having home cooked food, cakes and drinks. Very reasonable prices and the breakfast was amazing. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone who wants to live in beautiful surroundings, with lovely owners, and where it’s so quiet and peaceful at night. They also have a beautiful swimming pool and a rather extensive library which is great to unwind in after a long day at the beach! Ten out of ten all round. Will definitely be going back.

Pool is huge and super clean like the rooms. Loved the elevator. 1.50 USD to crab market and Kep beach. Walking distant to ABA banking machine. Sound proof rooms.. Air Con was perfect I have rebooked again. Heads up,I live in Kep and have stayed at a few places. Being all over Cambodia. This is the nicest place that I've ever stayed at for what you get and what you pay. Don't waste your time going to other places, this is the place.
