A 5-minute walk from the crab market, the property is about 600 metres from Kep City and a 20-minute tuk tuk ride from the pier. Another 40-minute boat ride brings guests to Koh Thonsay (Rabbit Island). TARA Lodge is located close to the crab market and restaurants (15-20 minute walk). The lodge is very serene and calm with lots of green plants. The room is spacious and equipped with hot water and air conditioning. The hotel manager Marie was really nice and explained everything to me. In general the whole staff was very welcoming and kind. There were several breakfast options. I really enjoyed the French toast breakfast. Stay here if you‘re going to visit Kep!

It is a short 5-minute walk from the famous Crab Market and the sea. We really enjoyed our stay. Pool was lovely as was host and staff. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time with great owners. We were greeted at the front by Mel who offered us a cold glass of water. The villa is spectacular it’s the most comfortable bed I have ever lay on! The room was lovely and smelled amazing. It’s like a 5 star hotel but with the bonus of having home cooked food, cakes and drinks. Very reasonable prices and the breakfast was amazing. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone who wants to live in beautiful surroundings, with lovely owners, and where it’s so quiet and peaceful at night. They also have a beautiful swimming pool and a rather extensive library which is great to unwind in after a long day at the beach! Ten out of ten all round. Will definitely be going back.

The hosts are absolutely wonderful! The property is owned and operated by a husband / wife team and they truly compliment each other. They have put a lot of love into building this lovely, peaceful resort. There actually did a lot of the work themselves. Breakfast was included with my reservation and the hosts will also provide lunch and dinner if you request. Definitely stay for the meals! The hostess bakes some wonderful breads, she makes homemade yogurt and jams, and somehow she even finds the time to make dessert for the evening meal. The host mentioned he used to be a chef in a restaurant and that fact is obvious in his cooking skills. Between the two of them, all my meals were absolutely delicious! Kep is a quiet little town but Le Logis de Kep is the jewel of the area.
