The first room I was offered was perhaps a little tucked away on the ground floor, and I was concerned about noise from the pool (as I needed a really early night/was jetlagged). That said they found a bigger room at a very reasonable upgrade price on the top floor which was just perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and they happily kept a bag for me on my day of departure. Overall I was a very, very satisfied customer.

The staff is super friendly and always ready to help. Very good breakfast is included and in general the food in hotel is good. we were suggested to be met by Luxcity car at the airport. always there is a good swimming pool, gym on 24th floor. The room is big, everything is new :) and there is everything in the room we really enjoyed our stay there and now regret we stayed there for only 1 night, Really appreciate level of service in the hotel

Even the room which had a balcony on to the street was quiet once the doors were shut. All the rooms are soundproof. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were beautiful and you could see they had been renovated with love and to keep a feeling of the original features and decor. The toiletries provided were very nice too I had a massage at the spa which was lovely and very good value The swimming pool at the top of the hotel was an added bonus as well. The breakfast was delicious and a good selection was offered. Cocktails and beer at the bar in the evening highly recommended with a city view!
