From the very first moment until the last, my stay at the Chaiya Palace Hotel was nothing short of outstanding. The staff went above and beyond in every possible way, always welcoming me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. A very special mention goes to Sam, who was truly exceptional throughout my stay. He organized my transportation whenever I needed, responded immediately to my requests, and always made sure everything was perfect. His dedication and professionalism were remarkable, and I deeply thank him for making my time in Phnom Penh so smooth and enjoyable. At the same time, the entire team deserves praise. Ratanak, Dennie, and everyone else I met at the hotel were equally wonderful friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. On top of the amazing service, the hotel surprised me with a free upgrade to a superior room, which made my stay even more comfortable. The facilities are excellent: a beautiful rooftop pool, a generous breakfast with an unforgettable view over Phnom Penh, and a location that couldn’t be more convenient. To me, this is by far the best hotel in Phnom Penh, and I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and true hospitality. Spacious room, great shower and friendly staff. The hotel is very peaceful and quiet even though it is in the city. I love the trees and plants and the pool is also nice.

Located in Phnom Penh, 1.7 km from Vattanac Capital, Luxcity Hotel & Apartment provides accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a fitness centre, and a bar. Excellent place, staff was really careful towards our needs. Recommended!

Almost all I have been trough in this hotel was of a excellent feeling I did the right choice. Room size, youtube, netflix, spa, swimming pool and location is exactly what you need for a short stay.

Set in a restored French colonial villa adjacent to the Royal Palace, Palace Gate Hotel & Resort offers accommodations in Phnom Penh with views of the Tonle Sap River. We stayed only one night ... basically, a quick stopover. We generally book with "breakfast included". The breakfast buffet here was very good ... plenty of tasty choices. We did not use the facilities because our stay was a) so short, b) the location is so good. The hotel is a couple of minutes walk from the palace complex, a municipal park and a riverfront walk that features many (dozens?) of restaurants and fast food outlets. Our room was very spacious and well decorated Hotel staff were courteous and very helpful. We were able to store our luggage with the concierge on checkout day while we went on a day long tour. Wish we had the time to stay longer.

Located just 700 metres from the Tonle Sap River, Aquarius Hotel and Urban Resort features an outdoor saltwater infinity pool and guests can enjoy a meal at the open-air restaurant or a drink at the... Excellent pool with a great city view. Helpful staff. Having nice souvenirs at lobby.

Located in central Phnom Penh, The Pavilion offers an adult-only accommodation with free WiFi throughout the property. The hotel exceeded my expectations - from the rooms to the staff and the pool area. Overall a great stay in a lovely setting. The room was very spacious and comfortable. There are two pools, where one can swim and relax. I absolutely adored the setting of the old Victorian house. Very clean, peaceful and yet very centrally located. Amazing breakfast included and the staff was very helpful and acommodating. Will gladly return.

Centrally located in Phnom Penh, Plantation Urban Resort & Spa is situated directly behind the Royal Palace. Breakfast was excellent, it had a variety of choices. Very clean hotel and staff were very accommodating. Overall, excellent experience!

We had a very warm welcome. It was a good sized modern room with all amenities. Good food and location. Wish we had longer to enjoy the pool.
