She also lives there. The rooms are very comfortable and we usually take the two bedroom suite so our daughter can stay with us during our one week stay. The Front Desk staff is very friendly and professional. I am sorry I don’t remember her name but the Front Desk girl with the short brown redish hair has always excelled in her friendly and professional ways. There are two Housekeeping ladies who also have been excellent. One is a lady who almost always wears pants and the other is Sharon, she’s so sweet.

Despite the fact that my request to put me into the room with a kitchen was declined in the e-mail, I HAVE GOT A ROOM WITH THE KITCHEN, OCEAN VIEW (a booked garden view) without extra charge! Very nice staff that understands what client service means! Location for those who like swimming in the sea - very nice beach with 2 minute walk access. Comfortable bed. Good daily house keeping.

I liked the location, the condo was next to a taxi rank, shops and supermarkets. The customer service was impeccable.

The staff were absolutely excellent and particularly the receptionist, Kashika, who went out of her may to make sure I was comfortable. Similarly one of the shuttle drivers, whose name escapes me, was outstanding. Waitresses too were always friendly and cheerful.

Club Sugar Bay features air-conditioned rooms with garden, pool or ocean view. They have a terrace or a balcony and private bathrooms with shower and toilet. My stay was smooth and pleasant. The facilities are great. I loved the room with the view at the pool and the garden. It included the essentials (coffee machine, water heater, micro, fridge) , wifi was overall great , there is an atm inside the hotel which I was happy to use as it was compatible with my revolut card. Frigate public beach is nearby , a big super market is 5' walk from the hotel and there are plenty options around the hotel regarding food. The staff was great as well ! I met a few very kind and always willing to help front desk ladies who answered all my questions with a smile.
