The rooms were clean, personel was helpful, the bathrooms were equipped higher than I expected. I am giving 9 of 10 because of the food. of course fruits on Sri Lanka are great, but meats, eggs and stuff like that are far from the highest level, but if someone like the Lankan breakfast, will be delighted, too. the quality to the price is excellent.

We had a great 3 night stay at Lion See Hotel. Great accommodation,walking distance for restaurants and shops but off the main strip so very quiet at night. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. The A/C worked perfectly and the water temperature and pressure were flawless which is not always the case when travelling. Bed was very comfortable and pool was refreshing in the hot afternoons. The team there were so helpful and the included breakfast was great with a little bonus of a view of lions rock every morning while we ate. Definitely recommend!

Awesome location right in the jungle. We saw monkeys, squirrels and other wildlife. The cabana is basic but a decent size, it worked well for our family of 3. It's an easy walk or tuktuk to cafes, restaurants and activities. A delicious breakfast is served in their covered outdoor eating area and was different each day. The staff were great and happy to arrange our transportation, elephant safari and laundry service. Even though it rained heavily almost the entire time we were in Sigiriya we really enjoyed our time here.
