Jey's Place is fantastic. The owner Jey, chef Justin and Prasanth make sure you have a great stay. The apartments are clean and calm and the garden area really stands out in the street, it's really pretty. We stayed for 2 nights, but we would have loved to stay more. It's always fully booked, and rightfully so. If you are going to Nilaveli, this is the place to stay!

The view from the room is stunning, both at sunrise and sunset. The staff were so lovely and happy to help with everything. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Only a short drive from a supermarket and pharmacy if needed.

Our stay at Amanta Beach was amazing ! The structure is very comfortable, clean and well located. The manager was super welcoming and flexible on check-in / check-out times. Dinner and food was great. Absolutely nothing to change, we would have loved to stay longer. Recommend to all !

We had a fantastic few weeks at Mangalam House. Owners Noel and Sofia were incredibly warm and generous, and Malar and David looked after the home with daily care that made our stay so easy and relaxing. The house was beautifully renovated—cool and comfortable in the Trincomalee heat—and filled with love, both in its design and peaceful garden. We loved the location: just down the road from the beach and harbour, with shops right across the street. The bicycles provided added an extra touch of joy and helped us live like locals. Mangalam House is a real sanctuary—we’d return in a heartbeat.
