We ended up spending pleasant meals and evenings with the other guests on the terrace and created lifetime memories.

I must also give a special mention to her colleague (whose name I didn't get) who cooked a beautiful breakfast each morning. I highly recommend staying at this Riad. It was very quiet & peaceful despite the other guest rooms being close to ours

Their unmatched service, kindness, and attention to detail truly elevated my entire Fes experience. This Riad is relatively new, boasting only six beautifully designed rooms, but it already sets a gold standard for service and style. The infrastructure is modern yet authentically Moroccan, blending traditional design with comfort and luxury. The warm welcome with Moroccan tea was the perfect beginning to an unforgettable stay. What stood out the most was the breakfast – an extensive, delicious, and beautifully presented spread that I looked forward to more than any meal during my trip. From freshly baked bread and pastries to traditional Moroccan delights, it was a breakfast I will remember for a long time. The rooftop is another highlight: a cozy and stylish seating area with a Jacuzzi and breathtaking panoramic views of the city. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the medina. To top it off, I discovered that the owner's brother runs a nearby restaurant called Fondouk Bazaar, just a 5-minute walk from the Riad. At first, I didn’t realize it was part of the same family, but once I dined there, everything made sense – the quality, cleanliness, and service mirrored what I experienced at the Riad. The food was absolutely incredible, with an open kitchen and immaculate atmosphere. Hands down, one of the best meals I had in Morocco. Riad Dar Timrad is a rare find – a place where luxury, warmth, and authenticity meet. The owner truly goes above and beyond to ensure every guest is taken care of, and it shows in every detail. If you’re coming to Fes, I can’t wait to return :)

The spacious villa with a terrace and pool views features 2 bedrooms, a living room, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and 1 bathroom with a shower. Guests can enjoy a meal on an outdoor dining area while overlooking the garden views. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and is protected by full-day security. The property was clean, quiet, calm… It was further away from the center of Fès which was perfect because the city was too noisy. After a long day in the city we were able to relax in this beautiful place. The garden also was clean and taken care off you can have a nice breakfast with a view of the pool. There were cats so cute so we brought them food so they could join us. The host is an amazing lady and she made sure that we were comfortable. Everything is already there so no need to take your hair dyer and so on… me and my family loved it !

The building is beautiful in the best morrocan tradition, the rooms are big and beautiful and tastefully decorated. Great rooftop with amazing view. Special thanks to Josef who was amazing to us. The location is great right in the Medina close to the gate . Breakfast was very good too

Moufid was an exceptional host, and came to meet us to take us to the Riad. The Riad looks exactly as described. It's spotlessly clean, feels luxurious and grand. We arrived a little late and didn't want a big dinner. Moufid prepared a light dinner for us which was perfect. He took time to explain things to us, offered us tea when we arrived, gave us tips about the Medina and was on hand to answer any questions we had while out and about. Everything about our stay was amazing. Moufid even upgraded our room which was really kind. We were tired so spent our night just relaxing and the riad was quiet, even through the night we weren't disturbed by noise. We are vegan and Moufid was very caring and attentive to that, which was appreciated. We had a driver to take care of us, so we didn't walk around too much on our own, so I can't comment much on location and accessibility. We would definitely stay here again!
