I liked all services; And the extended time that the hotel gave us to make the checkout; I want to recognice the good service, attitude and smiles of the lady in the front desk (Sarai), the guy in the pool area (Marco) ans the waitress staff in the restaurant included Ximena; They are excellent hosts !!! Thanks a lot for good experience !!!

Breakfast was really good, even if it is just eggs made in four or five different ways. Room was very spacious and delightful. The property is well appointed and nicely decorated. The hot stone massage was really relaxing. People are nice, cleaning is superb. Nice quality coffee in the room. The temperature of the pool is perfect.

The hotel room was cleaned to a high standard. We enjoyed the pool facilities and use of complimentary pool towels. The bed in the room was very big and comfortable and the air conditioning was quiet. The location is a bit out of the centre but it is convenient as there is a pharmacy and OXXO shop next door.

Location cannot be any better, 2 minutes from Zócalo. Pool inside the patio is very warm and clean with tables around to enjoy some drinks or food. We even enjoyed live singing on Saturday night. Room was rather small, but super clean and with comfortable beds. Parking also available.
