Special shoutout to all of the staff at breakfast! They went above and beyond to take care of us. We usually have low expectations for breakfasts at hotels, but this one was amazing. We come to Penang annually, and this is the first time that we felt we will definitely be back! The value for money was great, the rooms were spotless (though small if that matters to you). It's in a great location. We can't speak highly enough about it!
