The rooms we’re so comfortable, the breakfast tasty, the pool beautiful and relaxing. It was our oasis during a week of intensive work. I would shout my love for sand rose guesthouse from the roof!

We stayed here for our first and last night in Namibia after / before the airport and it was exactly what we were looking for. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Fran is a great host and checkin/checkout was super smooth each time. It is located in a safe neighbourhood with a mall in walking distance that offers several breakfast options (both coffeeshops or supermarkets if you would rather prepare your own, the kitchen was well equipped)

A very atmospheric place — I had a tent worthy of a luxury suite, equipped with everything needed for comfort, yet still close to nature. I especially loved the little candle-lit writing desk corner in my tent. And the presence of the giraffes and the small hiking trail within the area made my staying unforgettable. Great location. Situated in a very quiet and beautiful neighbourhood within a walking distance to a very big mall, supermarkets and city centre. The room itself is very clean and has almost everything you need. Fran and her husbands are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for those visiting Windoek.
