Island World Panglao is situated in Panglao, within 800 metres of Alona Beach. Boasting an outdoor swimming pool, this property is set near attractions such as Danao Beach. Each room is fitted with a terrace with pool views. Everything! This property had everything to offer! Food, shuttle, laundry and activities for a very reasonable price! Most importantly an amazing staff, customer service, relaxing vibes after a day of activities and an escape from Alona. During our month long stay in the Philippines, we visited/ booked various places, and my family reverts to our short stay here as the most memorable overall.

Situated on the coastline of Panglao Island, 6.6 km from Alona Beach and 10.4 km from Hinagdanan Cave, The Bellevue Resort boasts an outdoor infinity pool, a private beach area, and a complimentary WiFi throughout the property. Hotel was very clean, everything well organized, staff is vey polite and helpful.

Loboc River Resort is a 45-minute drive from Tagbilaran Airport. It is 20 minutes’ drive from the Loboc Tarsier Sanctuary. Attractions such as the Zoocolate and Danao Zipline can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Our first stop in the Philippines was the Loboc River Resort, and honestly… it was simply incredible. First of all, the staff. They are without a doubt one of the greatest strengths of this place. The location itself is already stunning, with the river being absolutely breathtaking, but the people truly make the experience unforgettable. Everyone is incredibly kind, attentive and caring. You can genuinely feel a strong family spirit within the team, which makes the atmosphere warm, welcoming and very special. We felt taken care of at all times. The food was amazing – everything we tried was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. Excellent quality without being overpriced, which we really appreciated. The resort also offers many activities, either organized directly by the hotel or with trusted external partners. They arranged a full day for us with a taxi to visit the Chocolate Hills, do the zipline, and explore the area. Everything was perfectly organized, and once again, they were always checking that we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. We had the chance to stay in both standard and premium rooms, and both were excellent. The rooms are very clean, well maintained, comfortable, and everything is perfectly taken care of. The premium rooms offer an absolutely breathtaking view, but the standard rooms are also really great, you truly can’t go wrong with either option. One of the highlights of our stay was being there during Christmas. We had the chance to attend the hotel’s Christmas Contest, where the entire staff performed a show on the river wearing costumes made from recycled materials. It was creative, fun, and incredibly heartwarming. On top of that, we were chosen to be the judges for this year, which made the experience even more memorable. The hotel owner was present and showed how close she is to both her employees and the guests, something you don’t see everywhere.

Situated in Panglao, 2.4 km from Alona Beach, Mmint Resort features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. With pool views, this accommodation offers a patio and a swimming pool. The aparthotel has family rooms. Definitely the best place we staid in The Philippines during our trip. Rooms are big, clean and well equipped. Pool access from the room is really nice thing. The staff is extremely nice and friendly.

Featuring a bar, the 3-star resort has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The property is non-smoking and is situated 12 km from Hinagdanan Cave. The property has a good vibe, nice pool, facilities are quite new. The Staff are amazing. Good value for money

Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the apartment free of charge. The property is non-smoking and is set 10 km from Hinagdanan Cave. Chris and Chatty prepared a primer (suggested activities, food, rentals, etc.), which really helped in our trip. Stiffany, the caretaker, was quick to respond and was in the area most of the time. Even the hosts themselves were quick to respond through the app. The property itself is a trike ride away from most activities in Panglao and is around 3-5 mins away from the airport. Toiletries, towels, and other essentials were provided.

The Mayana Resort has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and restaurant in Dauis. This 3-star hotel offers room service, a concierge service and free WiFi. Guests can use the hot tub, or enjoy pool views. The rooms are of exceptional standard, for cleanliness, attention to detail, comfort, large rooms, and the bathrooms are the best I have seen in any venue in Philippines, or my travels across China over the years. And hot showers ! 😊 Rival the big name hotels easily! . The restaurant is great, wide variety of meals and great value. The staff are friendly, helpful and always ready to assist if needed. I'll be back 😊

Among the facilities at this property are room service and a tour desk, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Guests can enjoy Italian and Seafood dishes at the restaurant or have a cocktail at the bar. Staff was friendly and helpful, room is spacious and nice, restaurant has quality food. Breakfast is not buffet, made to order which i think is great. Quiet environment, place is very clean.

Located 2 km from Tarsier Conservation Area, Forest garden residence offers an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi.

There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. It was just such a fantastic experience :-) Our hosts were so friendly and helpful right from the moment we arrived. We had many chats with them and they helped us with every query or question we had :-) We can't recommend this place enough! It's PERFECTLY located close to the Chocolate Hills and the Man-made Forest & Tarsier Conservancy so no long rides/drives to get to these attractions. A family run facility which offers fantastic accommodation, delicious Filipino dishes and regular meals and a great place to relax. We will most certainly be staying here again should we return to the Philippines :-)
