The apartment is modern, very clean, and comfortable. It’s located just 20 minutes on foot from Cebu airport, or less than 120 pesos by Grab (around 5 minutes). Efleda is a kind and responsive host who really takes care of her guests. I highly recommend her place!

The room was very clean,complete with all the necessities that one would require in a "home", and the services impeccable - it was PAR EXCELLANCE!. Very much appreciated is the added "honesty" mini grocery which we find very convenient and helpful to us especially that the tower is located in the inner part. ALSO Very much appreciated is the eagerness of the owner (Jerry) to assist us in finding a ride going to our next accommodation. The constant reminders thru whatsapp was also very helpful.
