A very clean and comfortable room—the hotel upgraded the room class to deluxe for free, which was a pleasant surprise. ☺️ It’s very close to the sea and within a short walking distance to the Sopot Pier, as well as near Ergo Arena. Located just steps from the sea in Sopot, Sofitel Grand hotel offers a private beach. The rooms feature an LCD TV and free WiFi. The Grand is iconic for many reasons and I've wanted to stay there since I first visited Poland 30 years ago. Even with those unrealistically high expectations, staying there with my family for three nights exceeded all of them. The location is unmatched, the service excellent, the amenities and conveniences perfect, the history inimitable, the proximity and convenience to shopping and dining ideal. Very tough to match all this property has to offer.
