If you hapoen to arrive to a remote island as Pico here is #1 essential for you: Ana, the actual manager of this property, a stranger-sister whom you did not know you have, who just gets you. Apart from a very nice high end property, Ana took care of me, and my expectations from this vacation. She know everything in the Island by heart. She is generous, kind and smiley! I stayed extra 6 nights because of her welcoming approach!

Our flight was cancelled twice, so we stayed at this hotel because there was nothing left nearby, 10 maro exactly because of the staff and their support. Since the place was far from the airport, we looked for a taxi for a long time, we agreed that some food would be left for us after working hours. The food that was left, soup and tuna, was very good. It feels like it's not really the season yet, the place is undergoing renovations, the gym is not working, etc. But in the summer it could be a good place for relaxation, a pool and peace like a little paradise outside the hustle and bustle of the city. Will find amazing place for views of ocean. Thanks to the staff! :)
