It's so clean in there that it feels like it was just built. Highly recommend!

The staff were really friendly! They helped me to reserve the taxi with a baby safety seats, and also allowed me to store the luggage in the storage room for sometime. The location is great, close to shopping malls and the walking streets, also close to bus stops.

Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Casa das Proteas is located at Estrada das Covas nº8, São Jorge, Madeira Island, 50 km from Funchal. The location is excellent as a starting point for several hikes. Casa de Proteas is a lovely place to stay. Theresa was such a brilliant hostess, she made it feel like home.Breakfast was just right to set you up for the day. The food in the evenings was beautifully prepared. I would definitely recommend Casa de Proteas for a beautiful and relaxing holiday destination.

Located close to Funchal’s city centre, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Meliã Madeira Mare offers free WiFi, an indoor and outdoor pool and a spa. Great hotel, amazing view. Staff very helpful and kind. Would highly recommend.
