Very modern and good size room with adequate balcony, the bathroom was very nice, the tv was big and WiFi worked well. Breakfast was included in price with many choices. The bed was a bit hard but ok in general.

We liked everything: a lot of parking spaces at the hotel, friendly staff who also speaks English, nicely renovated hotel, a lot of space, not big, but clean and cozy room with a balcony, an amazing pool with lots of sun beds and a pool bar, and even better breakfast. Big plus for us that it is pet-friendly, many thanks for that. Payment with vacation tickets is possible. If you are looking for a great dinner — we recommend to try Restaurant Insula.

In the northern part of Eforie Nord, next to the promenade and the sandy beach, Hotel Mirage features an indoor swimming pool, as well as spa and wellness treatments for a surcharge. WiFi is offered for free. The breakfast is buffet with a lot of choices, good coffee and nice location. I enjoy coming back to this hotel everytime. The water of the pool was very hot, a pleasure to swim in it.

All was just fine! Nice hotel with everything we might need. Nice room, nice stuff, beautiful balcony with the beautiful and relaxing view... Perfect spa and pool.

The outdoor pools (renovated in 2024) equipped with an efficient water filtration and heating system for the period May-September, depending on the outside temperature (min. 15°C), are designed for the whole family, with dedicated areas for both adults and children, complemented by showers and a pool bar. Elegant and stylish arrangement of the hotel, delicious food. Large and roomy pool, clean saunas. Sufficient parking spaces.

Everything felt like a paradise in terms of location and super convenient with the hotel facilities. Rooms were clean with toiletries and other amenities provided (even a beach bag provided). The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and offered great value for money. One of the highlights was the amazing breakfast—plenty of fresh, delicious options to start the day right. And I can’t forget the incredible rooftop pool—beautifully maintained with stunning views, it was the perfect spot to relax after a day out. Overall, Poem was a great choice and I’d happily stay there again.
