Very modern and good size room with adequate balcony, the bathroom was very nice, the tv was big and WiFi worked well. Breakfast was included in price with many choices. The bed was a bit hard but ok in general.

We liked everything: a lot of parking spaces at the hotel, friendly staff who also speaks English, nicely renovated hotel, a lot of space, not big, but clean and cozy room with a balcony, an amazing pool with lots of sun beds and a pool bar, and even better breakfast. Big plus for us that it is pet-friendly, many thanks for that. Payment with vacation tickets is possible. If you are looking for a great dinner — we recommend to try Restaurant Insula.

The newly renovated Splendid Conference & Spa Hotel is located in the northern area of the Mamaia resort on the Romanian Black Sea Riviera, 200 metres from the beach. All was just fine! Nice hotel with everything we might need. Nice room, nice stuff, beautiful balcony with the beautiful and relaxing view... Perfect spa and pool.

I had a fantastic stay at Poem. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and offered great value for money. One of the highlights was the amazing breakfast—plenty of fresh, delicious options to start the day right. And I can’t forget the incredible rooftop pool—beautifully maintained with stunning views, it was the perfect spot to relax after a day out. Overall, Poem was a great choice and I’d happily stay there again.
