I love the hotel! Extremely friendly staff. Maybe some of them did not speak English but that was not the problem. There are two types of rooms: renovated and not yet renovated. Both of them are fine in my opinion - the renovated ones have nicer bathroom. We arrived to the hotel very late but there was a very comfortable parking place waiting for us. The check-in and check-out were very smooth. I love the swimming pool (the water was very warm) and the restaurant. The breakfast was ok but dinner was awesome (even my husband who suffers many times after using other restaurants - this time was feeling great) - so we used that restaurant for our dinners during our stay. Thank you to all staff for making our stay so great!

The best breakfast in Romania. Lots of parking spots. Cozy and large rooms. Lift in the hotel. Nice hotel restaurant with tasty food and fast service. Wellness is free for all guests (swimming pool, 3 types of sauna, whirpool).

The property is located close to mountain trails and a cable car station. The room with access to the terrace was very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Guests have access to a shared kitchen, which is modern and very well equipped. Meals can be enjoyed in the spacious dining area. Parking is available on the premises.

Hotel Yara has amazingly kind and helpful staff, and a great SPA center for which the access is included in the price per night. It was me and a buddy that traveled to Viseu for work purposes, and chose this place because the photos looked great and we specifically wanted to try out the SPA since we're big fans of that. It did not disappoint. It's pretty great, honestly. There's a generous parking lot, the breakfast is traditional/classic inspired, it's not abundantly diverse in options but it has quite a lot of stuff and they're all delicious. The room is very clean, comes with a balcony and has a very nice bathroom and a SmartTV. I really am looking forward to coming again, can't wait. The SPA center is bliss, if you're into this kind of stuff. P.S. The owner, I believe his name is Mr. Lucian is very kind and I could tell he has a nice sense of humour. Him and the staff were very understanding with our situation since we arrived late in the night. I was and am grateful for that.

First of all the location is close to the mountain and very quiet, very suitable to take a break from the annoying urban noise. We stayed in the mountain cabin which is separate from the hotel but it has all the confort. It’s even better if you really want to have privacy and quiet. The room is very clean, food excellent and the stuff super friendly. There is a spa area in the hotel, but we didn’t try it. The are some nearby attractions, like the cable car in Borsa, the Merry Cemetery in Sapanta, the Horses Waterfall and many others.

Host was very friendly and discrete, felt like a home away from home, swimming pool perfect, and rooms were clean and cozy. Lots of amenities for a barbecue or just to sit and relax with fiends. Lovely garden and all surrounded by nature. Big kitchen with all you need to make your own dinner and keep your drinks cool. 10* I recommend it. Thank you!
