Amazing placement, very beautiful, clean and warm rooms, AMAZING food, very friendly staff and the spa is to die for. The next day after we arrive back home we booked our next vacation here 😆

We are a family of five, plus five dogs, four large and one small and everyone had their own space in the apartment. It was comfortable, and the location was perfect for walking the dogs. A supermarket right across the road made everything even easier. Absolutely superb.

Set 150 metres from 4 ski lifts and featuring ski-to-door access, Grey Family Hotel offers rooms in Kopaonik. Hotel staff is exceptionally nice and friendly. We would like especially to emphasize Srdjan who was serving us for breakfast in the restaurant. He was always kind, available and fast in service, as well as engaged and entertaining with kids. All the food we were served was super delicious and abundant. The location is dream-like, right next to the slopes and deep in the pine forest. We will surely visit you again 😊
