a couple of very nice interactions and experiences. I was initially checked into a room with a poor wifi connection. I requested a change of room which the receptionist actioned immediately. I don't have her name but she went above and beyond to look after my comfort. The second incident was when I required 25 copies of a document for a workshop that i was conducting at the hospital. Mr Abdul got the documents printed in no time thus saving me a lot of trouble as I would've had to roam around the city for a printer. Both staff members were thoroughly professional and looked after me in a very polite and impeccable manner.

Very nice room...i requested a room to the back side...very quite. Front side to the road might be noisy. All you need in the room even a hair dryer! Very good location in hail northwest...perfect if you want to explore Aja mountains and the big dunes at qina. Jubbah is also not so far away. To the city Center 10mins drive. Supermarkets and many small and good restaurant within 100m. There is also a Swimmingpool...closed from Jan to march
