The accomodation is exceptional and our room was lovely - great shower as well. It's about a 10 minute walk to the Main Street / jetty. We must not forget the most important person, Marie-Augustine. We had read about this lady in other reviews and they were correct. What a lovely, kind person. Nothing is too much trouble. We asked if we could meet a local family and Marie-Augustine organised this. We learnt more about local life and had a meal with the family. What a fantastic day. If we ever venture here again we wouldn't stay anywhere else. Last but not least Vincent & Nicolas also made us feel welcome at Campement Houefa.

Teníamos la villa para nosotros solos, el sitio era espectacular y muy tranquilo. Todo estaba muy limpio y la atención fue magnífica. El mejor alojamiento que tuvimos en Senegal.

We really liked the B&B in general but were especially impressed with the excursions that were offered. David gave us a guided boat tour where we visited the small nearby island towns of Sipo and Missirah and it was one of the highlights of our trip. Jenny was also very helpful with the logistics (especially because I don't speak French!) and helping me organise our time in Senegal. El Hadj is their taxi driver and we organised pretty much our whole trip throughout Senegal with him - he was fantastic. And there are a few restaurants nearby with delicious food. The breakfast offered at the B&B was delicious. Thank you!
