Breakfast was offered but I opted for a coffee instead because I rarely eat breakfast. The location is good. The entire crew, manager, the driver, and cooks were awesome 👍🏾

This place is truly special, and I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone to come and stay here. From the moment we arrived, the energy was calm, welcoming, and deeply peaceful. The location itself is incredibly serene, making it the perfect place to slow down and really experience Senegal. Ivan, the owner (Belgian), was remarkably friendly and genuine. He went out of his way to make sure we were always comfortable and well taken care of. Beyond that, he was a wonderful person to talk to about Senegalese culture — thoughtful, open, and clearly passionate about the place and its people. While the food on the menu was very good and there was a great selection of drinks, my absolute highlight was something far more meaningful: sharing Chebou Jën, the national dish, with the entire staff right on the beach. That moment was exceptional — communal, joyful, and deeply human. It was genuinely the tastiest Chebou Jën I’ve ever had, and the generosity was incredible. They made sure I had plenty of fish, and the delicious tamarind sauce. Even my girlfriend, who was initially a little hesitant, ended up loving it. Another beautiful moment was on the day of our departure, when a fantastic local musician played live music — a perfect, soulful way to say goodbye. What really stood out was the staff: playful, warm, endlessly kind. They laughed with us, took wonderful care of us, and even went out of their way to help me practise my French, turning it into something fun and memorable rather than intimidating. This is not just a place to stay — it’s a place with soul. Exceptional hospitality, generosity of spirit, and unforgettable vibes. I would absolutely return and recommend it without hesitation.

We recently stayed at Keur Ama, and from the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The attention to detail and the hospitality were truly remarkable. The room was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials. We appreciated the cozy bedding, the Wi-Fi, the Tv channels. The guest house itself is in a peaceful area, offering a much-needed retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The breakfast served was included in the price and honestly it was just what we needed (jam, coffee, Eggs, fruits, juices, Baguettes, Chocolate paste, Hot chocolate..) we also enjoyed the garden, swimming pool.. Overall, Keur Ama is perfect for anyone seeking a blend of comfort and affordability. We would highly recommend it to solo travelers, couples, or even families looking for a welcoming and relaxing place to stay. Thank you Elizabeth and Ibou, Ne changez rien.. see you soon..

We absolutely loved our stay, the place itself, the rooms, garden.. everything is beautifully decorated with so much eye for detail! Dream bed, super clean, amazing team! We just wished we could stay longer so decided we will be back, hopefully soon ☺️

Maison de Clara is one of the most beautiful & relaxing hotels we have ever visited. Every member of the team were amazing. We had fantastic service, beautiful food and drinks, compliments to the chefs. Our room was very comfortable, with lovely furnishings and a gorgeous terrace. We enjoyed the pool and the nearby beach and restaurants. We can highly recommend and would love to return.

The hotel is excellent, warm and tastefully decorated just in front of a beautiful calm beach. It also has two pools, a gym room and some chill out area. The owners and staff are welcoming, gentle and always available to make your stay enjoyable. They even organised a Senegalese night at the restaurant that was amazing! They also organise trips, we did the Sine Saloum excursion which was very nice. 100% recommended :)

It was nice to go away for a while

Téranga paradis is an amazing place, truly a paradise, we really enjoyed our stay! The hosts are very kind and attentive, breakfast was very good, and the room was clean and beautiful. Thank you for having us!
