Hotel Smile Lanna is a true oasis of tranquility. It’s not your typical five-star chain hotel, but instead, it offers a lot of intimacy, unique decor, and an exceptionally dedicated staff. The level of customer service here is outstanding—the team is always smiling, attentive, and genuinely engaged in making your stay special. One thing that might take a little getting used to is the pool water, which is salty and mineralized. Children, in particular, may need some time to adapt, and even for adults, the first dip can be a bit surprising. However, the pool itself is wonderful—no crowds, plenty of free sun loungers, and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms, all featuring balconies, are well-designed and cleaned daily. A complimentary airport transfer is a great added convenience. Breakfast is generous and diverse, combining classic options with local flavors—there’s something for everyone. The hotel’s location is fantastic, right next to the Old Town and just steps away from a beautiful park entrance. We are truly grateful for a wonderful stay and would like to send our best regards to the entire hotel staff. We hope to return someday!

Located in Chiang Mai, 700 metres from Chiangmai Gate1000 metres from Thapea Gate, POR Daowadung provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a shared lounge and a... Such a good value for money. The swimming pool is very clean, the staff are very helpful, and most importantly, the breakfast was spectacular!! They had unlimited coffee and water at any time of the day and so many options to choose from for the breakfast. Great location and comfy beds. 100% recommend.
