We were very impressed with the level of care and hospitality given to us throughout the trip. From the moment we checked in to the time of check-out every member of the team looked after us to ensure we have a great stay We have to mention Dragon in particular who often times went above and beyond. For example, when we had a guided tour that started early in the morning and we werent sure if we would make it for the hotel breakfast in time (which started at 7am). Dragon offered to take down our orders the night before (breakfast is ala cart menu but unlimited) to pass to the kitchen staff early to have the food ready by 7am sharp or alternatively offered a selection of food that could be packed as a "take away" bag for our trip. He was polite, genuine and always served with a smile Thank you very much Thee Vijit for making our stay extra enjoyable

Hotel Smile Lanna is a true oasis of tranquility. It’s not your typical five-star chain hotel, but instead, it offers a lot of intimacy, unique decor, and an exceptionally dedicated staff. The level of customer service here is outstanding—the team is always smiling, attentive, and genuinely engaged in making your stay special. One thing that might take a little getting used to is the pool water, which is salty and mineralized. Children, in particular, may need some time to adapt, and even for adults, the first dip can be a bit surprising. However, the pool itself is wonderful—no crowds, plenty of free sun loungers, and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms, all featuring balconies, are well-designed and cleaned daily. A complimentary airport transfer is a great added convenience. Breakfast is generous and diverse, combining classic options with local flavors—there’s something for everyone. The hotel’s location is fantastic, right next to the Old Town and just steps away from a beautiful park entrance. We are truly grateful for a wonderful stay and would like to send our best regards to the entire hotel staff. We hope to return someday!

Objekat Asa Hotel je smešten na atraktivnoj lokaciji u gradu Čjang Mai, i to u četvrti Hai Ya, na 17 min. The location is located near chiang mai gate and khlong mae kha. Easy access to food and scenery. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The toilet was spacious and clean. Staff was very very friendly especially kun mimi. She recommended a lot of good places to go and was so welcoming. Would definitely come back again

Very welcoming and helpful staff. The room was clean, spacious with a good size balcony - bathrobe, toothbrush set, capsule coffee machine, complimentary snacks and water. The room was quiet during the night (no ourside sounds disturbed us), comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast was good enough - eggs cooked to your choice (sunny up, poached or omelet), fresh vegetables, cereal, yogurt, cookies. Complementary coffee till 2 p.m. every day at the restaurant. Unfortunately stayed only 2 nights and had no time for the swimming pool.
