Me and my wife were doing island hopping so we chose this resort for 2 nights,just to pamper ourselves a bit. The resort just opened up recently, so it was sparkling clean, and the nice smell of everything new. From the time when we made booking, staff were very helpful throughout, (weather regarding dietary requirements my wife had, or helping me to organize/book diving trips), they even booked ferry and airport transfers. We opted for a standard villa which was big enough(45m2), with an extra large double bed, all nature inspired neutral colour furniture(which won't offend anyone) and breakfast included, terrace facing bay with seaview, was a perfect compliment for our stay.

Situated in Ban Khlong Mat, 2.1 km from Ao Tapao Beach, Janzo House features accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace.

A really great budget option on Koh Kood, would have stayed longer but I wanted a private room and those were fully booked when I was there. Despite this Janzo who is a super chill and helpful host, organised a scooter rental for me to take to my new Accommodation.

Very spacious resort, although it was fully booked, it was anything except crowded. Beatiful beach with the best sunset, amazing rooms, great food, wonderful staff, … The best stay we had in Thailand.

Lovely Bungalows at a beautiful quiet Beach. It is a little bit out of the way but you can rent a scooter directly from the Resort.

We came back to stay at Captain Hook for 3 consecutive years because we love everything here. The staff are friendly and hospitable, accommodating our request and always standing by to offer assistance. This time we stayed at a modern mini pool villa. Absolutely fantastic view and clean room. Guests can directly book speedboat transfer, leaving from Captain Hook Group's pier at Laem Sok for drop-off at Captain Hook Resort (first stop) and the rest in the Captain Hook Group i.e. Peter Pan, Wendy the Pool (second stop). Captain Hook Group is probably the only one that offers diect transfer from the pier to the resort. Only Tinkerbell needs another pick-up drive from Peter Pan pier to the resort. I love the convenience and exclusive rest area at Laem Sok pier where guests can relax before boarding speedboat. Good selection and variety of breakfast as well as dinner. Drinks (cocktails, mocktails, beer) can be enjoyed throughout the day and into the night. Guests can also enjoy savoury coconut milk ice cream.
