Great Thai resort good value, animal reserve with sheep! And rabbit and ducks and a small flower propagating area. The pool and spa are great, the room was comfortable with a firm but soft mattress. Staff are friendly and helpful but you will need some Thai, nidnoe. It’s about 3.5 klm to the main city tourist area, walking street markets and Mekong River restaurants. Plenty of parking at 2 temples in the middle and 2/3 way down on walking street.

Breakfast was great. The location by the public gardens, river, night food-market--was fantastic! Wonderful pool, too. The manager and staff were all very kind and helpful!

Lots to like: incredibly comfy bed & pillows, super quiet, good wifi, good lighting, excellent staff. I was particularly impressed with breakfast. Its from a set menu, but they gave us a lot and it was delicious. Oh, and the view - mountains in the back, a small river below with a waterfall - how cool is that?

The bed was amazing. The pool was awesome. Breakfast was good.

The property is modern and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen. There's aircon in both the bedrooms and lounge/dining area and good Wi-Fi throughout. Highlights are the swimming pool, first floor terrace and garden with views over the Mekong river.
