Canadian family of four, needing a break (and fresh air) from Bangkok. We had a wonderful time at the Vala and felt welcomed from the second we arrived. I had sent a text ahead of time indicating that I had to follow a very complicated and strict medical diet due to cancer complications. The minute we arrived to our room, a staff member (P’Jib) from the restaurant came to see us and seek details about the diet. I was told that they would absolutely accommodate and they did, for 3 meals a day during the entire stay. The food was wonderful and I felt welcomed by all staff the entire time. To think that I had almost cancelled the trip because of this strict diet, assuming that the hotel would not want or be able to cater to this added complications. This place is a gem, so is P’Jib (I hope I am spelling her name correctly!) and all the staff at the restaurant, the reception desk and the cleaning crew. My only regret is that I wasn’t able to see P’Jib on our final day there in order to hug her one more time and let her know how much her kindness meant to me, (it was more than about the great food), and that her level of empathy for the difficult health journey I was on had been a breath of fresh air.

The whole experience was incredible. To find a genuine sanctuary doing genuine work took some research but was so worth it. Very inspiring and wonderful to see so many beautiful rescued animals. We liked the fact that we were supporting such a worthy cause. I really recommend the day tour. We will definitely definitely return! Thank you

The facilities were superb, the room we booked but we were given an upgraded suite & it was exceptional, the staff at baba beach club couldnt do more for us, the staff really make this resort what it is, the level of training they have been given by the company is just incredible & I have to say. .credit is due to all the staff & senior management of Sri Pawan for exceeding our expectations at baba beach club

The apartment was spacious, modern, very clean and super comfortable. There were nice perks that made us feel welcome like a Nespresso machine and coffee, tea, water, and a bicycle to get around. We had a very peaceful and relaxing week there. The private beach is nice and you can walk about 10 minutes to the next beach where there are restaurants, cafes, beach chairs, etc. The owner was incredibly helpful and available all the time for anything we needed. He helped us find drivers, provided supplies and helped us find groceries and restaurants. The pool is very nice. He did everything he could to make our stay successful.

A very beautiful and large room with all the requirements, everything you need for cleaning, a vacuum cleaner, a mop, etc. The balcony is perfect. In the morning, on one side, the sunrise is on the other, while in the afternoon, there is shade. In the afternoon, on the other hand, somewhere in the morning, you have a beautiful sunset in the shadow, and on the other side, a small shade is perfect. I highly recommend it.
