Kindest people with attention to detail. Very reliable and accommodating to feedbacks. 2) Breakfast - phenomenal. We were there for 2 weeks and they had a rotation of different menus, and all tasted amazing. There are good ranges of western classics like bread/pastry, eggs/bacon/sausages, yogurt, and good Thai selection of noodles, porridge, rice dishes and tropical fruits. We were travelling with a baby, and they can accommodate for babies really well too. 3) Facilities / cleanliness - gym, yoga studio, massage, our room, everything was top notch. House keepers were so diligent also. 4) Fast response to feedback - some of the negative feedback from previous guests, like too few staff available for face-to-face contact outside the app, no one helping with the luggage, breakfast buffet being limited etc have been fixed. There were whole crew of staff moving our luggage from the car to our room, and breakfast menu being very diverse, and always staff available at the reception with one call away.

Hotel Indigo Phuket Patong, a boutique hotel in Patong beach. Situated in prime location nearby the beach, shops and entertainment hotspots. The location was very near to the Main Street. Very close to the beach and restaurants/bars

Dinso Resort & Villas Phuket, Vignette Collection, an IHG Hotel is located in Patong Beach, 600 meters from Jungceylon Shopping Center, and features an outdoor swimming pool, a garden, and a terrace. Each and every bit of the resort was amazing. My wife and I had stayed at many resorts but nothing comes close to this in terms of service, suites, food and convenience. We would recommend Dinso to everyone who’s traveling to Thailand. Hands down the best resort ever! We will see you soon.

Boasting stunning sea views and a beachfront location, The Nai Harn is nestled in a tropical hillside overlooking the beautiful Nai Harn Beach. Our stay at The Nai Harn could not have been better. I was 5 months pregnant and the staff happily assisted me with additional pillows to ensure my comfort. And the view... the view and balcony was exceptional! The room size was generous, with an amazing large shower, bath tub and comfy robes. The Nai Harn has a beach service man who happily assists you to set up the complimentary beach chairs, umbrella and supplies you with towels. They have multiple dinner dining options available at the hotel which were great, and if you walk up the dirt road in front of the hotel, there's an amazing little local Thai place thats worth trying. I must also compliment the pool staff, they were incredibly attentive and moved our umbrella through the day as the sun moved, and were helpful and efficient with drink orders. Couldn't recommend a stay here more highly!!

Objekat Mandarava Resort and Spa, Karon Beach, Karon Beach nalazi se na manje od 10 minuta vožnje od plaže Patong, uzbudljivog noćnog života četvrti Bangla Road i tržnog centra Jungceylon. The hotel is located on a hill , surrounded by different types of trees, plants, makes you feel like in a jungle. It’s super green. Staff was friendly, helpful, room was always clean. The furniture is modern , no smell or mold. Breakfast has various choices like English breakfast , also noodles and thai option. There are a few pools , Mango pool was our favorite, it’s the biggest. I loved staying there and would like to recommend it for others.

Jedinstveno dizajnirani butik objekat Pacific Club Resort - SHA Extra Plus je smešten na vrhu brda, na samo 10 minuta hoda od plaže Karon. Very nice and comfortable clean hotel with very willing staff. Nice pool in the roof, very good service. Helpful manager Tom, good breakfeast.
