Brilliant customer service. A wide range of choice for food. Unlimited drinks, ice cream. Access to three swimming pools. Free access to sauna and the gym. Indoor pool was good for avoiding the sun at peak times. Hotel lobby was big and plenty of space to chill in AC. Cafe in the hotel ensured that guests have access to hot and cold drinks all day. Entertainment in the evenings. Access to VIP area to celebrate special occasions (we celebrated two birthdays).

Good location with lovely outdoor areas and swimming pool. Nice little balcony for the rooms.

It was an amazing stay. The apartments are very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The apartments including the outdoor area are very well maintained. Since the weather was cold, before we came, the heating system in the apartment had already been switched on for us. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty.  Swimming pool is available during the hot weather. Car parking was very convenient.

The hotel is located close to the downtown. Breakfast was decent. Kids enjoyed observing river turtles. Swimming pool is great. Outdoor facilities for leisure time are abundant, so it was good to spend some time together playing games there.

This used to be And’s family’s holiday home and it shows. The hospitality is so personal and it’s like staying with a friend - except that the friend has two pools and a swim-up bar! Everyone was lovely and the vibe is gloriously old-school, with lots of modern conveniences. The food was amazing too, fabulous dinner and wonderful breakfast. The barman made delicious cocktails to order.
