I booked a tour through them after I failed to do so online and it was so easy. The pool is fabulous . The room is huge and the bed is comfortable. The pillows are perfect. I did not eat ruler but the buffett looked really impressive .There are great restaurants nearby and a family mart or 711 is really close , I can't remember which one. There is a bank in the lobby and that's amazing for money exchange.

The hotel is also located in the center of Taichung city and next to some interesting tourist sites like Taichung Railway Station, Miyahara and many more. I’ve stayed at many hotels in Taichung and this is probably my favourite so far.

Staffs were very friend and helpful, most of them can converse in english well. Do not think twice when booking into this hotel. Very well recommended

Beautiful location in a small town in the mountains. We took a taxi from Taichung station (about $50 usd, 1.5 hours). Very helpful staff. Great hiking nearby and easily reachable by bus. Maps available at the tourist info station just up the road. Wonderful outside tubs to soak in when we returned. Good breakfast. All rooms on our floor were alike. Small rooms. The bed is small, short and extremely uncomfortable for two people. They need new/better mattresses and there are no bedside lamps or reading lights. With those changes it would be an even better place to stay.
