One of my favorite hotels. Even despite the war it provides the excellent service. Very comfortable rooms, delicious food. The variety of choices at the breakfast buffet is impressive. It was nice to see my favorite Byredo skin care products in the bathroom. That is all about luxury. Every time I come back here I feel at home.

There are far too many exceptional things to say about the first palace . The pool side is truly exceptional, the best indoor pool in Kyiv, the American bar and reception are magical places. The shellfish restaurant is worth the price.

cozy rooms with nice interior within rooms and hotel overall, SPA package, basin and saunas, nice smell in corridors, small park inside. it also happened so, that my stay days matched with people being busy, so it was plenty of space. Buffet style of morning food - nice as it gives an opportunity to choose. MAjority of the issues below were solved, so consider this as a demand for future improvements.
