The hotel, located 10 minutes from the congestion of the Disney parks area, is a true urban oasis, with an elegant, contemporary design that instantly sets a tone of relaxation and sophistication. The room itself was beautifully appointed, with elegant decor, high-end furnishings, and incredibly comfortable beds. However, what truly made my stay memorable was the impeccable customer service. The staff responded promptly to any request or question, going above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction.
