The rest of the staff were beyond accommodating and friendly, so it was very strange and seemed out of place and off-putting the four times we went to the front desk, from check-in to check-out.

Fantastic location within walking distance of the stampede as well as the main road with restaurants /shops etc. Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable, balcony overlooking the river but even if facing and also out front an amazing view of the Smokey mountains. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Always happy to help and went out of their way to help with advice on how to get to places.

Less than a 5-minute walk from Elvis Presley's Graceland Mansion, The Guest House at Graceland offers accommodation with 2 on-site restaurants, a theatre and outdoor pool with pool bar. Fantastic location for Graceland and a great shuttle service. Lovely clean rooms. Lots to do in the hotel with great outdoor pool area. Highly recommend staying in this hotel especially if you are a Elvis fan like myself.
